Owning a Residential Assisted Living Home allows me to provide a safe comfortable environment where residents feel like family and their loved ones have peace of mind knowing they are well cared for.
I am a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in leadership in nursing. I have a strong background in healthcare operations and clinical applications management and business processes. As a co-owner of Vernas residential assisted living Specialist, I bring passion, energy, and determination to create better living experience for seniors.
I live in Santa Paula, California with my husband. I have two adult children whom I love dearly. I enjoy serving others and find deep fulfillment in coaching and mentoring individuals to reach their full potential. Whether in the nursing field or in my residential care community. I believe in leading with empathy, empowerment, and excellence.
Residential Assisted Living is close to my heart because I want to create the kind of home I wish had been available for my father, sister and cousin – one that’s warm, personal, and truly caring. My relatives were place in a large facility that never felt right, and that experience drives me to do better. My sister was placed in a facility that was not tailored for memory care.
